Private Documents: smb://fs01.llewellyn.com/home$

Mac server: afp://mac00.llewellyn.com

PC:

Shares: \\fs01.llewellyn.com\shares

Private Documents: \\fs01\home$\ and then your first name and first letter of your last name. There are a few user exceptions.
